The Directorate would like all 1 st year students admitted for the academic year 2021/2022 academic year who are interested in on- campus accommodation to apply for consideration in the few available spaces.
The application should be made using Gmail accounts (email) via the link below:

Start Date: - Tuesday, 31st August 2021 at 1.00 p.m.
End Date: - Monday, 6th September 2021 at 9.00 a.m.
NOTE:
(a) Due to limited bed spaces room application does not guarantee room allocation.
(b) Successful applicants will be notified through the Kenyatta University website accommodation

RE: PHASE 2 (TWO) CONTINUING STUDENTS ROOM RE- ALLOCATION FOR COMPLETION OF JANUARY - APRIL 2020 SEMESTER
Following the University implementation of MOH guidelines on social distancing in hostels rooms, some of the bed spaces have been affected.
The directorate has therefore re-allocated some of the rooms. Please visit the University website for details of the hostel and room you have been allocated.

On the reporting day you are required to report to the respective housekeeper for signing into your assigned room.
NB. Please note that this reallocation is only for completion of the January-April 2020 semester of the2019/2020 academic year for those who had officially signed in with their respective housekeepers by the official deadline. It is not for the new academic year 2020/2021.
Guidelines will be given in due course for allocations for the new academic year when the university communicates reopening dates for face to face learning for various groups.

This is to request 4th year regular undergraduate students who are interested in accommodation for completion of 1st semester 2020/2021 to express interest by filling the Google form provided using the link below:

Start Date: - Thursday 6th May 2021 at 9.00 a.m.
End Date : - Friday 7th May 2021 at 8.00 a.m.
NOTE:
(a) The room allocation is only for the completion of 1st semester 2020/2021.
(b) The charge for the two week period is Kshs.1, 400 for KUCCPS students & Kshs. 2800 for SSP students (at Ruiru campus)
(c) Due to limited bed spaces room application does not guarantee room allocation.
(d) Successful applicants will be notified through the accommodation website by Friday 7th May 2021 5.00 pm.
(e) Students are expected to sign into the room with the housekeeper by latest Tuesday 11th May 2021, 5.00pm.

The Directorate continues to offer catering services to both the university community and external clients during University functions. Key events and functions that the Directorate has catered for in the recent past include:-
- 46 th graduation ceremony which took place on 26 th July 2019.
- Wings to fly congress held between 4 th -10 th August 2019 served 2000 guests.
- East African Military games held between 11 th to 23 rd August which hosted approximately 600 guests.
- Apostolic Faith Church event held between 19 th -24 th August 2019 .The event had 1600guests.
- Deep Learning Indaba Kenya Conference function held between 25 th -31 st August 2019 which hosted 700 guests.
- Police games which took place from 25 th August to 2 nd September 2019.During this period we provided services for 1500 guests
